1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from BuildWithPrashant. Our primary offering is the Product Strategy Call - a paid 30-minute session for founders and product builders. Project-based work, where offered, is covered separately below.
2. Strategy Call Sessions
We offer the following strategy call session:
India (INR · Razorpay)
- Product Strategy Call: ₹999
International (USD · PayPal)
- Product Strategy Call: $15
Refund terms for strategy calls:
- The strategy call fee is fully refundable if we decide not to work together after the session, no questions asked.
- A full refund may also be requested if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No refunds are provided for missed appointments or completed strategy calls.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are generally non-refundable, but you may request rescheduling where availability allows.
3. Project Work (If Applicable)
For any project-based engagements, refund terms are defined in the individual project agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, deposits for project work are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible strategy call cancellation, email colabwithprashant@gmail.com with your booking details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Strategy calls provide guidance and recommendations. They do not guarantee funding, revenue, user growth, or specific business results. Refund eligibility includes deciding not to work together after the call, or cancellation timing - not session outcomes.
